Professional service is something that guests highlight in their comments. Zero Stars - A Complete Disaster on New Year's Day I rarely write scathing reviews, but this experience was so appalling that I feel compelled to warn others. What should have been a celebratory New Year's meal turned into an appetite-killing nightmare. *Food Quality:* Absolutely Pathetic. The food was shockingly substandard with zero consistency or quality control. The same dish tasted different across servings, and nearly everything was oversalted to the point of being inedible. The chicken tikka was bone-dry and rubbery, while the chaap suffered the same fate. Nothing tasted fresh, and the limited options available were all below average at best. When we raised these concerns, the staff acknowledged the issues but couldn't resolve them—the food simply wasn't fresh. *Hygiene: Unacceptable*. The bowls were visibly dirty, which is inexcusable for any establishment. The washrooms were stinky and poorly maintained, with no air freshener or evidence of regular cleaning. The overall ambience felt like a neglected highway dhaba where tables and washrooms are cleaned once in a blue moon. Service & Management: Dismissive. When we complained multiple times, we were met with defensive responses from the manager, who insisted "we have very good ratings, how can this be possible?" He clearly wasn't interested in genuine feedback. Those ratings now seem suspiciously paid or fake, especially considering the restaurant was nearly empty even on New Year's Day—a major red flag. *Verdict*. We couldn't bring ourselves to eat anything and left with our appetites completely killed on what should have been a special occasion. The lack of customers speaks volumes.
