I recently had an unfortunate experience at Spicy Restaurant, Chinsurah. I ordered kababs for takeout, and while waiting, I witnessed a hygiene disaster. One of the kababs fell on the ground, and shockingly, the person packing the food simply picked it up and tried to put it in my packet! This incident left me appalled. The lack of hygiene protocols is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect food establishments to prioritize cleanliness and safety. Despite informing the manager about this incident, no action was taken. This negligence reflects poorly on the restaurant’s management. I strongly advise against dining at Spicy. Such disregard for hygiene and customer well-being is inexcusable. Choose another restaurant that values cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Service: Takeaway Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
