1. My order was not delivered fully that I ordered online. One item was missing. 2. When contacted, the call was received by someone who was not at the hotel. 3. I have to call multiple times as the person on other side was dropping my call and was not willing to listen. 4. I have yet not received the refund for the order which was not delivered.
