Pathetic service. I had ordered for a jar of chicken pickle 4th December. The product has not been delivered yet. When i asked for the refund the person seems to be casually ignoring it. Service: 1 Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹400–600

FRAUD Alert! It's been 15 days since I ordered from your Site, I was informed I will receive the order in 7 days but there is no update from you guys neither you are replying to any messages. My order ID is #60027, if you are unable to deliver the order just refund the amount and close this case, I'll b awaiting your response asap. Update 1 20th Jan 2026:. It's been 2 months since order, they had replied on Instagram promising refund but no update after that, major scam alert. Service: 1

I ordered from Spicy Chicken Pickle on 17/12/2025 for ₹1145 after seeing an Instagram reel. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. There are no tracking details provided even after payment. The customer care email mentioned is invalid, so there is no way to contact the seller or get updates on the order. After reading several other customer reviews with similar complaints, I am now genuinely afraid that the product may never be delivered. Because of the complete lack of communication and transparency, I seriously doubt the authenticity of this brand. This feels unreliable and unprofessional. I would advise others to be very cautious before ordering. I am willing to revise this review if the product is delivered atleast within one month from the order date (now it's been around 20 days).
