Cloud Kitchen expectations? If you are like me, it usually means preparing for a dish you assume will be fresh, packed well and delicious. More often than not, it doesn't match the real dining experience and ends up in a cold, lackluster performance that imbibes repeated disappointment. This isn't the case with Aditi's Kitchen. On the contrary, the packing was great, the flavours were complex and flavourful and the quantity more than adequate. Transforming and upping the game of cloud kitchens, Aditi's kitchen served up a chicken Ramen as close to the real dining experience as one can get, considering it to be packed for home delivery. Sure it took longer to arrive, but this is probably due to the high demand that I can imagine the kitchen gets in the Noida area from its extensive menu. Add to it being a weekend and it makes even more sense. The ramen had loads of veggies, and was accompanied by chilli oil. Be judicious with its usage as the default setting for us in terms of spice was more than adequate. All in all a great kitchen to order from and I look forward to experiencing more of the extensive array of options in the near future!
