Pathetic management of Big wong! They not only lost their most loyal customer but bunch of others who are in my circle. First they message your food, to make up they offer free coupons and when you ask to redeem coupon they say you need to buy something, you buy food, then they get bloody bureaucratic and tell you to wait, till someone approves the coupon. Bunch of jokers! Big wong is crossed out forever.
