The staff here is very rude and arrogant, it looked like they are doing a favour on us by giving service at their place. It took almost 1 hour for them to just get the starters even when the place was quite empty. For basic things like fried noodles which are served with manchow soup, we got an answer, that it is unavailable after waiting for half an hour. The food is very average and the service is worst, for every item, we had to ask them multiple times and they were just passing on the orders to someone else. Worst Experience. The owner has changed for this restaurant. We used to like the food and so always used to go. Today when we went, got to know the owner has changed and so the chef. The food I used to order was not in Menu card, however, the servers said the chef can make it. Trust me the worst quality of dish from Kitchen & Tonic. Mash potatoes were missing, grilled chicken was deep fried in oil and oil was dripping and garlic sauce was full of salt. Chicken lollipop were so hard as if they re-fried it. Sizzlers got new version here. The dish was neither hot nor a sizzler. Fried rice with chicken Manchurian on top and no sizzling effect nor taste. And it price for 555/- Hawaiian Drink was prepared with vanilla ice-cream. Orange juice are 115/- Prices were super high for food quality of an thela. If you ever plan to visit, please do read my message and find better place. And if u like to waste your money pls go.. We regret to go and sad that it ends my visit to one of the favorite restaurants.. Hope the new owner reads this and improves the quality of the dishes. The standard and food quality what this restaurant was famous for is lost. The chef is key and I feel they got sasta chef who doesn’t understand the multi cuisine environment.
