Food quality was good, but 1. It very mild and less spicy or pungent and opposite of name spice tawa. 2. Also compare to pricing quantity was very less of all dishes whether it starters or main course. Ambience was excellent and refreshing Service was also good but sometimes it takes time to receive orders. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Vegetarian options: Please improve portion size of dishes they are very less when compared with pricing

I had visited Spice Tawa Family Restaurant, Somani Trade Center, Pune on 30/12/2022 to dine with my family and let me tell you it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The ambience was great, no doubt, but the service was pathetic. The staff was undertrained, indifferent and totally unprofessional. We were served Chicken Shorba Soup, which was sour and not good to taste. It was served cold and we had to requested the staff to warm it up. Initially, we thought it was a one-off case. Again, we had requested for warm water and they served us cold water instead. The staff literally forgot about our request and I began wondering if we landed at the right place. We ordered Murg Irani Tikka, and realized that the chicken pieces were undercooked. The shock of our life came when we were served Chicken Dum Biryani which was stale, smelly and had gone bad. It smelled so bad that I felt like throwing up and immediately got up, paid the bill and left. The staff was unapologetic, though they offered us with one more serving. We were in no mood to eat any further. The staff was only worried if I would pay the bill or not. I paid Rs 656 for the trash that was served to us.
