It was an absolute pleasure dining at this place. The vibe, soft music, the tree inside in the rain! Absolutely breathtaking. The food was mouthwatering. It was the perfect mixture of kerala food met with a modern kick. 10/10 recommended. Will absolutely go again for sure. Had an incredible dining experience at Spice Studio. The standout dish for me was the Chuttedutha Meen — perfectly cooked king fish wrapped in banana leaf with a unique smoky tang. I also tried the butter garlic lobster, Malabar parotha, and the Thalassery Kozhi Biryani — each full of flavor and beautifully presented. Special mention to Meenakshi for her warm service and spot-on recommendations. The dessert, a coconut panna cotta, was unlike anything I’ve had before — incredibly creamy and a perfect end to the meal.
