The prices are exorbitant for the dismal quality of food and service offered. The ambience tries to impress with glitz but fails to deliver any semblance of comfort or luxury. The staff, illiterate and poorly trained, exude unprofessionalism at every turn. It's not uncommon for the place to transform into a local wine shop post 11 pm, reflecting its lack of adherence to any standards of dining etiquette. Attempts to address concerns are futile; the owner remains inaccessible, leaving the inept manager, Mithun, to ineffectively manage issues. The bouncer, Mr. Thakur, is another nightmare—a rude figure who oversteps his role, treating customers with disdain as if he were the owner himself. In conclusion, Spice Lounge is a cautionary tale for anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience.
