Its an another pending review...visited this place an month ago....parking its valet and ambience its a spacious one.....coming to food i am sorry to say its bit pathetic...they had only moderate spreads and almost only cold salads were there...chicken starter was only ok but the rest were not that good...another blunder was coconut oil was kept along with podi and another one was ghee...coconut oil was darkish brown so thought it was an seasme oil and added that to the podi was a total disaster...desserts alone were good...service was good but suddenly service people disappear dont know at a time where all the people would be....on the whole its not even worth visiting one time.......

Was in here for Dakshin Routes a curated collection of South Indian delicacies. For the first time in a buffet, I got to try new dishes few which stood out were

Ulundu Kali - a rounded dessert which was very soft while tasting great, there was another dish placed near to it that had a more sweet taste to it which I could not find the display name.

Kambankool - it was served in a smaller version of the pot which had a bland taste

Vegetarian sides - they had so many vegetarian dishes where many sides tasted delicious.

The only gripe was the number of non-vegetarian dishes/ desserts were less.

Spice jar - The Residency

A very good place to have a different kind of buffet mainly for the people who are really bored with the normal buffet places.

I visited this place for the special traditional nellai food feast which mainly focus on traditional south Indian dishes from thirunelveli and the villages around the place..

Though I'm a south Indian guy the dishes I tasted there were really new to me and I really loved it... One of the best dishes among them is valliyur kohzi varuval , surandai nethili meen varuval, ulli bonda , puliyangudi kozhi biryani , viraal meen kulambu , periyathazi Kari kulambu , sepankilangu roast , poondu rasam , idithankarai urulai poriyal , thiruvathirai Kali , inipu sev vengaya vatha kulambu , keerai sambar and last but not the least the famous thirunelveli halwa...

The taste of the food was really good and yummy I didn't find any negative point to explain about it here...

So the overall experience was good so people try this place and share your experience...
