I visited Spice Garden Bar in Kolkata recently and unfortunately had a highly unsatisfactory experience. The staff's attitude and service were subpar, lacking the attention and dedication expected in a hospitality setting. Instead of prioritizing customer service, it appeared that the staff was primarily focused on soliciting tips for the dancing girls. Speaking of the dancing girls, my encounters with them left much to be desired. Their behavior seemed geared more towards financial gain than providing a pleasant entertainment experience. I observed a pattern where their attention was primarily fixated on extracting money rather than delivering a genuine and enjoyable performance. Overall, the atmosphere at Spice Garden Bar felt uncomfortable due to the evident emphasis on financial transactions rather than creating a positive and enjoyable environment for patrons. It is disappointing to see such a disregard for customer satisfaction. I would advise potential visitors to exercise caution and consider alternative establishments in Kolkata that prioritize a more customer-centric approach. It is essential to note that reviews are subjective, and others may have different experiences. However, my visit to Spice Garden Bar left me with a negative impression, and I felt compelled to share my observations.
