We first ordered three teas before sitting. While waiting, we ordered three porottas also. Even after eating porotas, they did not give us tea. When we asked about tea they said there is no tea Bad behavoiur. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
SP Sakthi Mess didn’t quite live up to the expectations. The non-veg meals (₹130) included chicken, mutton, and dry fish curries, but none had actual pieces—only gravy—and there was no payasam, which is usually expected. The Chicken Pallipalayam (₹240) also felt overpriced for the taste and quantity. Though the parotta was decent, the service was mixed—one server behaved rudely when we canceled an extra order, while another was polite, and the cashier lady was friendly and welcoming. Overall, the food and pricing don’t justify the reputation, as a mess is usually expected to be budget-friendly with better value. ️.
