Unethical behavior and poor customer serviceHad a disappointing experience at Soya Town. The shopkeeper’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional and unethical—completely lacking in basic courtesy. Instead of resolving concerns, they were dismissive and rude. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. Would not recommend unless they seriously rethink how they treat people.
