We’ve been visiting this place for over a year, but today was really disappointing. We ordered the Veg Vietnamese Pho Bowl and found a tiny worm in the broth. It clearly had small legs, but when we showed it to the waiter, he took it to the manager and later claimed it was just the end of a sprout.If it was really the end of a sprout, they should have brought it to the table to show us the difference. Instead, the manager didn’t come to explain and kept roaming near our table. When we asked about the worm again, the waiter said the chef had thrown it away. We questioned how they could do that without showing us proof. After arguing, the manager finally apologized but still didn’t admit the truth.They are liars, and this is truly pathetic behavior. Instead of accepting their mistake, they tried to hide it and mislead customers. Very disappointing — would never recommend this restaurant.
