Your manager truly redefined the meaning of hospitality, From the moment we entered. I just wanted to take a moment to commend your restaurant on providing one of the most unforgettable dining experiences I’ve ever encountered. Your assistant manager, in particular, deserves special recognition for their incredible ability to make customers feel completely unwelcome. And the way they insulted customers? Absolutely top-tier customer service! I mean, who needs good food when you can have a side of humiliation served fresh? Honestly, if your goal is to drive customers away and collect 1-star reviews like trophies, you’re absolutely nailing it.
