First of all, taste wise restaurant is good. Both the chef, South Indian as well as Chinese are amazing in their work. Superb taste. Hygiene is maintained. Everything is fine. Since last two three times, I am bearing the bad attitude of the lady sitting at counter. She is very cunning. Her behaviour towards the other staff is very bad, and also, sometimes she rebukes the other staff members such that the customers feel uncomfortable. Other than that, she keep an eye on the customers, we feel as if our privacy is at stake. Keep on coming again and again to table. It is very hard to sit calmly when someone is continuously starring at you. Once she misbehaved with me, when I asked her where is the chef, she said he is in my pocket, that too with so much arrogance and anger. Being a customer, I didn't like that behaviour. Again this happened always, whenever someone goes for online payment she compels the customers to go for cash payment inspite of online payment. In very extreme case if someone don't carry cash, she ask the person to pay to her UPI account, not the other which is placed on table. This happened always. I request owner to take care of your restaurant and go for some necessary actions to safeguard our beloved SOUTHBOX.
