The vibe and atmosphere was very comforting. The service was amazing! Only one concern, the sambhar. Sambhar had excessive Asafoetida. Please please, don't let it ruin the experience. Chef can do it better. Sambhar was very thick. It needs to be runny, and little watery. Sambhar is the soul of south indian food. Please change the recipe of it and maybe try some different recipe. Dosa as usual was amazing on its own, needed no sides. Tomato chutney was next level. But a request please change the recipe for sambar, it disappointed me beyond words. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
