I have visited South Kitchen multiple times with friends and every time the experience has been terrible. Their service is honestly the worst. Staff are rude, careless and act like they are doing a favour by serving customers. Orders are always delayed and even after waiting so long, the attitude of the staff makes it worse. This is not a one-time issue it has happened again and again. No customer respect, no proper hygiene, and absolutely zero professionalism. A place that repeatedly fails to treat customers right does not deserve our time or money. Highly disappointing. Would not recommend this place at all. I, along with my friend, visited The *South Kitchen* and ordered dosa, uttappa and idli. While eating the dosa, we found a hair in the sabji When we called the manager and showed it to him, instead of apologising he casually said, “It is normal to get hair in food in a hotel,” and offered only to replace the dish. So according to them, hair in food is normal? Absolutely shocking attitude. Hygiene clearly means nothing here. The manager wasn’t just careless he was arrogant about it. Honestly, it’s better to eat street food than visit this place. At least the street vendors give clean food and respect customers, unlike this restaurant "south kitchen"where basic hygiene and manners are missing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Other
