South Indian Hut serves decent food, but the quality does not always match the prices they charge. The biggest area for improvement is food quality and hygiene. At times, when food is prepared outside, right beside the road, it doesn’t look very healthy, and overall cleanliness could be improved a lot. One thing I’ve noticed is that mornings are the best time to visit — the food quality is much better and feels fresh. But as the day goes on, especially by evening and late evening, the quality deteriorates. If they focus more on hygiene, consistency, and cleanliness, this place could be much better.
