Disappointing Experience:I visited during their advertised "happy hours," expecting a great evening with good drinks and discounts.Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant due to deceptive practices and poor service.Firstly, the staff deliberately ignored the happy hour discounts. Despite clear signage and promotions stating discounted prices, our bill reflected full prices. When questioned, the server gave vague excuses and refused to honor the advertised rates, which felt like a cunning tactic to overcharge unsuspecting customers.Additionally, the payment process was unnecessarily delayed. It seemed intentional, as the staff took an unreasonable amount of time to process our payment, causing frustration and eating into the happy hour timeframe. This felt like a deliberate attempt to push us past the discount window.The overall atmosphere was soured by these shady practices, and the lack of transparency left a bad taste. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest and enjoyable dining experience. Save your money and time for a place that respects its customers and not who loots money like Sounds & Spirits.
