The villa is beautiful and well maintained. Soumil, the caretaker, is very humble, polite, and always ready to help. He made our stay comfortable and memorable with his friendly nature and excellent hospitality.

Had a great time with my friends at this place in Alibaug. It has a nice private pool, well maintained rooms. Special mention to the caretaker Sahil who ensured we had a great time.

'Soumil's 4.0 - A Mixed Bag' We recently stayed at Soumil's 4.0 and had a somewhat mixed experience. The villa itself was generally good in terms of its layout and size. However, there were a few notable drawbacks that impacted our stay. The pool, while a nice amenity, was unfortunately let down by the filtration system. It seemed to be malfunctioning, as the water quality wasn't as clean as we would have hoped. One of the positives was the proximity to the beach, which is located just 2-3 kilometers away, making it easily accessible. However, the surrounding area of the villa wasn't particularly appealing. A significant issue we encountered was the lack of privacy around the pool area. The neighboring property had a full view of the pool, and it appeared to be occupied by some workers. Unfortunately, they created a nuisance with noise late at night, which was quite disruptive. In terms of food, we found the in-house options to be just okay and significantly overpriced due to high preparation charges. As a result, we opted to order from Zomato for most of our meals, which proved to be a more economical and satisfactory choice. A couple of missing amenities were quite disappointing. The absence of a Bluetooth speaker was a notable letdown for entertainment, and the lack of a dustbin in the villa was surprisingly inconvenient. On a positive note, the bathrooms were equipped with bathtubs. Overall, Soumil's 4.0 has the potential to be a great villa, but several issues need to be addressed, particularly regarding pool maintenance, neighborhood concerns, pricing of in-house food, and the provision of basic amenities like a Bluetooth speaker and dustbins.
