Dear Romi, We are extremely sorry for the mishap with your order on the night of 29th Feb'20. I understand me giving any explanations or excuse will not help the situation in anyway. And i understand your frustration that the food didnt reach you in time. It seems there was a glitch in zomato system, we received 23 orders in the span of 10 mins(8.20pm-8.30pm) and no zomato rider for pick ups. Maybe it was thanks to the rains or other restaurants not accepting orders, i dont think 23 orsers can be prepared and delivered. We contacted zomato and asked them to switch off our order acceptance as we couldnt manage so many orders in such a short timeframe. Long story short we were helpless beyond a point as we could only all orders by 10.30pm We regret the bad experience, you may reach me directly on 9810241040. Id like to make it upto you, give us another chance pls. I will make 1 order for you completely on the house and delivered to your doorstep in 45 mins.
