If there was option to give no star I would have given that, the cake was sooo bad we could not even swallow it. I had ordered almond sugar free cake for a birthday celebration and clearly told not to put elichi but still they had put elichi and it tasted so bad. Along with that they had put stevia sweetener so much that we had to throw away entire cake. What a waste of money! This cake ruined entire birthday party and due to heavy rain we could not even arrange for alternative. We just had to carry on without a cake This is not the first time I have ordered from soul treat, from past 2 to 3 years I have been their customer but from past 1 year the taste is only detoriorating. Last time also I had given similar feedback and seems like they no more care nor take customer's feedback seriously. Never buy from soul treat. If you do, be ready to be disappointed. I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from this establishment. I ordered a cake for Father's Day, and it was delivered smudged and in a terrible condition. It's clear that this business prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. Proper packaging is crucial in a business like this, yet they failed miserably. Furthermore, they have chosen to partner with delivery services( Zomato, swiggy) that evidently do not care about the condition of the products they deliver. It's unacceptable and frustrating to see such negligence. I strongly advise against ordering anything from this establishment unless you want to be disappointed. Their lack of attention to detail and disregard for delivery quality is appalling. When you order through Zomato/ Swiggy, we also instruct delivery partner about the delicate nature of cream cakes and request them to be careful. However, we don’t have enough control on them. We also deliver our cakes and ensure they don’t get damaged on the way
