I ordered chicken Manchurian from zomato and they gave me only some kind of potato and not even one chicken was in there and the price is also 230 this is too much. Food: 1

Very poor service taking alot of time to get ready. If you order from online it will take more then 2hrs whether it's long distance or short distance. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Paneer Paratha -Rs.147 Black Coffee -Rs.32 Soul Kitchen Restaurant, Mawlai Mawroh, Shillong Breakfast $$ 19.04.2025 A couple of weeks ago my friend @kenneth_jerome had messaged me informing that @soul.kitchen.restaurant were starting breakfast the following week. I told him that I was a little busy that coming week, so today being a Saturday, I took the opportunity to ride to the restaurant. I reached almost at 9am & the staff were busy getting things prepared. It's been a few years since I last visited this place & it didn't look like it has changed much. I took a seat & I was handed the Breakfast Menu. It had Poori sabji, a few varieties of parathas, eggs, cornflakes & beverages. I opted for the Paneer Paratha & a cup of Black Coffee. The order came after 25mins. It was good for me as I usually break my fast after 9:30am before leaving for work. The person brought the paratha which was already divided into quarters. Along with it came achaar & onions & chillies. As I was about to start to eat, a bowl of dahi also came. Now this is more like it. I dived right in. I tore a piece of the paratha & ate it alone. The paratha was pretty nice. It wasn't dripping in oil. It was on the thinner side but the taste was spot on. I then dipped a piece in the dahi & it got even better. Then as I was about to give the achaar a try, I suddenly noticed that it was Bamboo Shoot achaar. Now that's a first. I was expecting a mix pickle that usually comes in those big 2 litre plastic jars that are served in dhabas. Perhaps the restaurant was trying a sort of a fusion take on the paratha but for me the dahi was already perfect enough. Also I'm a big paneer person so I wont mind paying 20bucks more for more of it in the filling. The black coffee came in between. I had a sip & it was perfect. Definitely worth the 42 bucks. Thanks a lot for your kind review. We started the Breakfast especially for people traveling early to Guwahati and tourists alike, so that we can provide wholesale Breakfast to them before their sightseeing. We look forward to an increase in footfall in the days to come
