Soul Food is a gem of a restaurant. We ate there for two weeks and loved every minute. The butter chicken, chicken saag, chilly garlic noodles, and spiritual potatoes were simply amazing. Their aam panna drinks and pomegranate shikanji were super refreshing, and we couldn't get enough of their masala tea, which we had every day. Breakfast was a treat with their delicious chole bhature, tasty parathas, and a surprisingly good English breakfast. Head chef Aashish was a real gentleman. He was always up for a chat, and we enjoyed our conversations with him. Pooran ji, who served us, was incredibly kind and attentive, making our meals even more special. If you're looking for great food and wonderful hospitality, I highly recommend Soul Food! The Soul food restaurant/cafe is concealed within the hills of a beautiful location in Shanag. Chef Aashish Seth is not only a good host but makes you satiate your senses with a whole plethora of unique dishes, watch the entire dish come to live from production to the final presentation in your table. Recommend- Please try the chefs signature dish, Spiritual Potatoes, it is truly a burst of flavours. Try their Haleem, it is simply amazing!! The Bali prawns - uff melts in your mouth! If you like having unique experiences, step back, let the chef take over your palate and let the magic begin!
