I recently dined at soul cityand unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. Despite placing our order, we waited for an excruciating 50 minutes with no sign of our food. In desperation, we placed a second order, only to be met with more delays and unfulfilled promises. When we politely inquired about the status of our order, the waiter responded with dismissive and rude remarks. Shockingly, the manager's attitude mirrored that of the staff, displaying utter disregard for customer satisfaction. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism and lack of accountability in a supposedly reputable establishment. The disregard for basic customer service norms was truly appalling.
