Horrible Experience – Rude Owner, Overpriced, and Terrible Coffee! I had the worst experience at soul brew and I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place. The owner’s behavior was unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the coffee was absolutely terrible—probably one of the worst I’ve ever had. It was overpriced, watery, and lacked any real flavor. For the ridiculous amount they charge, I expected at least decent quality, but it was nowhere near worth the money. It’s shocking how they overcharge for such low-quality drinks. There was no warmth, no customer service, just an attitude that made it clear they don’t care about their customers. I regret spending my time and money here. There are plenty of other cafés in Vadodara that offer better coffee, reasonable prices, and, most importantly, treat customers with respect. This place doesn’t deserve your business. Stay away! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When I ordered my coffee, I was hopeful for a redeeming quality, but it was far from it. The coffee was lukewarm and tasted burnt, lacking any of the rich flavors I expect from a good brew.
