Worst ever experience at this place..overpriced food with worst preparation.. unprofessional staff ..room ws nt at all ready before the guests check in..dirty linen...n if ask fr quit nobdy s understanding the meaning either in english or if pronounce it in hindi too...n dey r expecting u to die in chill bcz dey cn only provide u with d thinnest comfortor wen d outside temperature is 3degree celsius..reception staff is just hanging ur call down n playing cards wen I checked abt who had hanged on the call...n on top of it nobdy is listening to ur queries as if v r staying here fr free..d only good part is the location... otherwise I wont hv even given 1star..wont recommend it to anyone

The ambiance was serene and peaceful, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind The food was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed the lasagne and Chicken Lafa. The turmeric coconut milk coffee was a unique and refreshing twist. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. They made sure I had everything I needed and were happy to accommodate my requests Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Sony River View Cafe.
