I recently visited Pizza Zone (Bhavarkuan Branch on 17-01-2025) for their unlimited dinner combo and was quite disappointed with the experience. Many items in their buffet containers seemed stale, as if they had been there since lunchtime. The red sauce pasta had a noticeable unpleasant smell, making it inedible. The most concerning part was finding a cockroach in the French fries container. I immediately informed a staff member, but such hygiene issues are unacceptable. The overall taste of the food was below average. The salads, especially the so-called "Russian salad," were overly sweet, drenched in sugary sauces. While they serve the pizza slices hot, they did not taste good at all. The only redeeming items were the cheese garlic bread and the hot garlic soup, which were decent. This experience fell far below expectations, and I hope they take serious steps to improve food quality and hygiene. In conclusion, I'll never go there again. Taste was very poor. Most of the items are salad. They used poor quality of cheese. Pasta (white sauce) is pathetic. They denied to serve both types (white and red sauce) of pasta. Thay said that only one type of pasta will be served, either white or red. But we charged individually then how is this possible . Taste was very bad of that pasta.
