Experience for this hotel is below average. Firstly rooms are good with location , however the services is terrible must say. Ordered Water bottle and had to wait for around 1 hour 15mins before going out to buy the same from outside, as the service person never turned up. As per the booking tea kit was supposed to provided previous day at 8pm but it extended till next day morning and 4 calls for 45mins before someone somehow provided the same. Coming to food, ordered a la carte items but the Chicken item was stale (atleast 3 out of 4 pieces was from old stock). Also has asked them to start the TV which one fo them did, but after 30mins it displayed "Recharge exhausted" , so basically guest need to do it to watch the same. Not recommended for staying with such a slow and horrible services. Fooding also can be improved for guests atleast similar to the persons who are having at restaurant. Disappointed Service: 1

Sonar Taree hotel is located very near to Prantik station on the way to Shyambati amidst lush green in all direction. Best quality of all types of food. Service is very good, staff are well behaved. Rooms are very clean and cozy. Everybody may enjoy his stay in this hotel throughout the year. Service: 5
