Had a wonderful meal at this Goan restaurant. Tried the prawns thali, serradura, and balchao chops (a staff recommendation not on menu), and everything was delicious. Fresh flavours, perfectly cooked seafood, and the balchao chops were a delightful surprise. Highly recommend for authentic Goan food! Was Bad experience. Waiter assigned to our table was not only inattentive but also displayed rude and arrogant behavior. When we raised concerns about the food—particularly that the fish served was clearly frozen and not fresh or authentic as advertised—our feedback was completely disregarded. What was most shocking, however, was the waiter's response when we expressed our dissatisfaction. Rather than addressing our concerns professionally or apologizing, he curtly responded, "We don’t care. Complain to anyone and post reviews on social media if you want. Not up to Mark. Vist date 11 th May 25. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch
