Try nicely cooked mandi, kheer and kacamak. Sohan Di Hatti will offer you good lassi. The well-trained staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Service at this place is something one can call spectacular. The atmosphere of this place is peaceful. Google gives it 4.2 so you can choose this spot to spend a good time here.

In our recent trip to Amritsar, we had planned one meal at Sohan Di Hatti, we laded here in the morning and so our meal was the amazing breakfast here. We had done our bit of research so were looking forward to having our meal here. It’s located deep inside the city centre and you can only go here in their E-rickshaws or by your two feet. Its a very old small restaurant now run by the fifth generation. Its basically a sweet shop with seating area for about 12 people. They serve ‘Pudi’ here, which means 2 freshly fried stuffed Puri with Chole, Alu Sabji and Salad. The Lassi was at the top of the world, especially the cream layer over the thick Lassi. We were attracted by all the wonderful sweets kept at the display. As soon as we were at the counter, the owner started serving us samples for taste. His father presented their famous Halwa topped with generous desi ghee. All the sweets were sweet, the owners were a bit more sweet to host us at their place. A must visit when you are in Amritsar.
