i ordered 2 upwas thalipith and 2 sabudana thalipith. but I received 1 - 1 thalipith.both thalipith are so oily and very salty. So poor quality thalipith delivered. Also 2 items are missing in my order.

I have ordered kairi dal that's a seasonal preparation. why is it seasonnable? Extremely Disappointed – Complete Lack of Understanding of Maharashtrian CuisineI had specifically ordered Maharashtrian food, but was told it wasn’t available. I then requested an alternate option with bajari bhakari, expecting at least a dish close to authentic regional preparation. Shockingly, what I received was a Punjabi-style preparation that had absolutely no connection to Maharashtrian cuisine.This shows a clear lack of awareness and extremely poor knowledge of regional food, both from the chef and the kitchen steward. Bajari bhakari is a staple in Maharashtrian meals, but it must be paired correctly — not with gravies or sides from a completely different cuisine.When offering regional dishes, it's essential for the team to understand the basics of the cuisine they claim to serve. Unfortunately, this experience reflects carelessness and no regard for authenticity.Not recommended if you're looking for genuine Maharashtrian food.
