Socialize company is not good. They lie to staff to make them join, and when it is time to pay salary, they make useless excuses and remove employees.I worked 16 days in February as a kitchen chef. Suddenly, I was removed. I never expected the owner to be so unprofessional. They make staff work for many days and when salary time comes, they create excuses and send them away without paying.The reason they removed me was because I spoke to my mother on the phone for just 2 minutes. They said in this company no one is allowed to take calls, whether it is mother or anyone else, and that company work is more important than personal problems. But when I joined, they never clearly explained these rules.Removing an employee without salary after making them work is completely wrong. No boss should do this, even if there is a mistake. In my case, I did nothing wrong — I only spoke to my mother for 2 minutes.If my salary clearance is not given, I will post this review on all company websites and tag BBMP because this is harassment of an employee. Making someone work and then removing them without salary and without any warning letter is 100% wrong.

In short exceptionally good cafe in B.nagar. Overly priced food for the portions served. Takes a long time after the order. Ambience is too good. I don't know how charging ₹90 for water would be justifiable ? Is it even a Himalayan water to charge exorbitantly ? It's like a normal RO / UV treated water filled in a glass bottle with socialize name and nothing special. Adding service charge without asking the customers ?? Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
