Hallway carpets torn and dirty. Bedsheets, pillows too dirty.

Sobti Continental Rudrapur exceeded all my expectations! The hotel's amenities, including the gym and restaurant, were top-notch. The staff were attentive and courteous, and the room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. and the room was spacious and clean.
