I visited Sobhagyam Restaurant with my 9 friends, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences ever. We waited 20+ minutes just for them to clean our table. After cleaning, no one came to take our order for another 35 minutes. Even after placing the order, we were not given basic items like plates, water, or tissues. We waited over 1 hour for the food, and when we asked about the delay, they simply said, "There’s a lot of crowd, please wait more." Shockingly, they served food to another table of just 2 people who arrived after us, while we kept waiting. After 80 minutes of waiting, with still no food, we had no choice but to leave the restaurant without eating. This is absolutely unacceptable. Poor service, lack of basic hospitality, and no value for customers’ time. I would not recommend Sobhagyam Restaurant to anyone. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
