I have visited this restaurant multiple times, and while the food quality is good (I would rate it 4 stars), the staff's behavior and service are disappointing. The way they interact with customers lacks professionalism, and their service is slow and unorganized. One major concern I noticed is that in the absence of the owner or manager, the staff seems to take advantage of the situation. A week ago, I ordered an OTC Pizza for takeaway, and since the manager was not present, the staff charged me an extra ₹10 for packaging. I have taken food from this restaurant many times before, and I was never charged extra for packaging. This raises serious concerns about staff integrity. While ₹10 is not a big amount, the issue is about honesty and fairness in business practices. Additionally, I feel that the staff might be making commissions by adding extra charges when there is no supervision. This is not acceptable and affects the overall reputation of the restaurant. If the management wants to maintain customer trust, they should ensure that their staff behaves properly, provides timely service, and does not engage in unfair practices. I hope the management takes action to improve staff training and monitor their activities to ensure a better dining experience for customers.
