I have always enjoyed visiting Snow spoon. Their experimental ice creams are consistently delicious, and that’s what keeps me coming back. The quality of food has never disappointed me. However, on my recent visit I was left feeling a bit let down. Over the past few weeks, I’ve noticed the prices steadily increasing. Yesterday, even after the GST council’s recent move to reduce GST on ice creams and dairy, the bill showed no such adjustment. To make matters worse, the bill did not carry a GST number at all, which was surprising and concerning. As a loyal customer, I expect transparency and fairness in billing just as much as I value great food. I genuinely hope the management looks into this, because I would love to keep enjoying their food without feeling uneasy about the pricing or billing practices.
