They’ve got really good coffee and super fresh food. The place is in this cute, colorful neighborhood that’s fun to walk around. It’s quite different from the usual coffee spots in Kalyan. Would’ve been nice if they had some non-veg options too though. I recently visited Snickerdoodle Coffeeworks, Kalyan, and while the overall experience was enjoyable, there are certain aspects worth highlighting. From a culinary perspective, the café truly excels. The Tiramisu was outstanding – rich, indulgent, and absolutely to die for. It stood out as the star of the visit. The hot chocolate was another delight, being smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced in flavor. The affogato too was satisfying and up to the mark, making it clear that the café pays close attention to the quality of its offerings. The ambience is another plus point – cozy, welcoming, and perfect for conversations over coffee. It creates the kind of setting that encourages you to sit back, relax, and enjoy your time. That said, the service and management leave room for improvement. During a relatively short stay of about 45 minutes, our table was mistakenly served orders we had not requested on three separate occasions. While the staff was polite, this repeated mix-up did affect the overall dining experience. Efficient order handling and improved coordination among the staff would certainly enhance customer satisfaction and match the quality of the food being served. In summary, Snickerdoodle Coffeeworks is an excellent choice for those who value great taste, indulgent desserts, and a cozy ambience, particularly their tiramisu and hot chocolate. With some attention to service management, this café has the potential to become a top-tier spot in Kalyan for coffee and dessert lovers alike.
