I recently visited Sneha Restaurant, which specializes in Kerala cuisine, and ordered a vegetarian meal. Unfortunately, the meal did not taste like an authentic Kerala meal, which was quite disappointing. I had high expectations for the flavors and overall experience, but it fell short of what I was hoping for. The restaurant itself has a pleasant ambiance and the staff were courteous, but the food is the main attraction, and it did not live up to the standards of traditional Kerala cuisine. The spices and flavors that are characteristic of Kerala meals were missing, and the overall taste was bland compared to what I have experienced in other Kerala restaurants. One of the key aspects of Kerala cuisine is its rich and diverse use of spices, which should create a burst of flavors in every bite. Unfortunately, this was not the case with the meal I had at Sneha Restaurant. The dishes lacked the depth and authenticity that one would expect from a place that claims to specialize in Kerala cuisine. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively and works on improving their recipes to better reflect the rich and unique flavors of Kerala cuisine. It would be great to see them live up to their potential and provide an authentic dining experience for their customers.
