The efficient staff welcomes people all year round. This restaurant is notable for its spectacular service. The pleasant atmosphere will be really just what you need after a hard working week. But google users rated Snakkers and it didn't earn a high rating.

Snakkers are good franchise chain . But I feel good & fine as compared to other are best from this . I recently visited Snakkers in Sangrur, drawn in by its flashy menu and promises of “the best burgers in town.” Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfying. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance felt underwhelming—dim lighting and a lack of cleanliness didn’t set a great tone. We ordered a chicken burger, fries, and a cold coffee. The burger arrived lukewarm, with soggy lettuce and a patty that tasted oddly processed. It lacked seasoning and freshness, and the bun was stale. The fries were limp and oily, clearly not freshly made. To top it off, the cold coffee was overly sweet and watery, more like flavored milk than a proper beverage. Service was another letdown. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. We had to call multiple times just to get water, and there was no follow-up to check if we were satisfied. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, the food took longer than expected to arrive. What’s most disappointing is the gap between Snakkers’ online image and the actual experience. While their website boasts “cheesy, spicy, crave-worthy burgers), the reality was bland and forgettable. Even the Google rating of 3.6 seems generous given our visit . In a town with growing food options, Snakkers needs to seriously rethink its quality and service. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal or a pleasant dining experience. I recently ordered from here and it was a home delivery. I ordered near 8 and at 8:40 the delivery guy called me and asked me where to come. I told him the location but after some time he asks me to come near a local landmark and asked to pick it up. I first took it lightly and asked him to come home. Till now it was 9:10 and I was still waiting for him and then I called him and frustratedly asked him not to come now and guess what he said, " it's okay, I will not come" like what is this behavior?? Is this what you call professionalism?? Seriously disappointed with this guy and the whole team. Thanks for this kind of treatment. Appreciate it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
