1/5 Stars - Betrayal of Trust I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received at Sinha Bakery Shop, a place I've been loyal to for 7 years. Unfortunately, my latest visit was a rude awakening. The shop owner's behavior was unacceptable - I was insulted and humiliated over a minor issue. Despite my loyalty and consistent patronage, I felt disrespected and unvalued. It's disheartening to see a business I've supported for so long treat customers with such disregard. I'm left questioning whether I'll continue to frequent this bakery. When I asked about a chocolate cake, I was met with a dismissive attitude and what felt like intentional humiliation. The way I was treated was unacceptable, especially considering I was a paying customer. The lack of professionalism and respect towards customers is appalling. I would not recommend this bakery to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere.
