I’ve been a regular customer, often placing orders and collecting them myself from their outlet. However, my recent experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I had guests arriving at 6:30 PM, so at 11:30 AM I went to the outlet and picked up four plates of Dahi Vada. I kept them in the fridge as usual. But when I opened the containers in the evening, an awful smell hit me—the vadas were stale, broken into several pieces, and instead of two whole vadas per plate, there were only bits and crumbs. Thankfully, Swiggy came to the rescue, and we received fresh and delicious Dahi Vadas from “Flavours Foods India.” I kept the spoiled items from Snack Shack in the fridge overnight and returned them the next morning after informing the owner. He may have earned ₹280, but he’s lost a loyal customer for good. Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Even if the food is tasty, I have to give a one star. The worst customer service a restaurant can have. They say 'pure veg' but I didn't know onions and garlics as 'pure veg'. Even after I called them personally via Google to let them know we don't need any onions in our food. According to them I need to specifically mention that in the order (I ordered 2 mins within the call). Their reason - they have too many orders back to back. Plus, the guy with whom I had the call- he is such a jerk. I couldn't finish talking and he cut the call. If this Snack Snack owner, please focus on your customer service. Thank you. Snack Shack Garia is a small chat shop in Garia that serves a variety of chats. The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained, and the food is delicious. The owner, Uncle, is very caring and makes sure that all of his customers are happy. I highly recommend Snack Shack Garia to anyone looking for quick and delicious snacks.
