Ordered the open shawarma plate a couple of times. The chicken portion was generous in affordable pricing, which is appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. The entire staff seemed untrained and unresponsive, struggling to understand Marathi which is an essential for a place operating in Pune. Communication felt ignored, one-sided and borderline rude. To add to the discomfort, the food was served on two separate plates even after the request that made it inconvenient to eat while standing. Despite having ample indoor space, customers aren’t allowed to sit and eat inside, which makes no sense. The first order had tender, juicy chicken, but later servings were dry and tough Note to the Owner: - Use smaller batches on the grill to ensure fresh, tender chicken every time. - Please TRAIN your staff to understand and speak basic Marathi or instead get locals onboard. - Allow customers to dine inside, there’s enough space. - Install an exhaust system above the grill to release smoke and reduce heat. - Another plate that can be used to serve open plate shawarma Will try again and update the review in case of improvement.
