I am literally having the worst experience with smokehub barbeque pallavaram,outlet chennai.I booked my table by 7.15pm slot for 4 adult & 1 kid on 7/9/23.Due to unexpected heavy rain & water log i got stuck up with heavy traffic and reached smoke hub barbeque by 8.10pm only.
I was not given my reserved table stating that the billing time is over for 7.15pm slot and i have to wait till 9.30pm.
I was carrying my 5month old baby and requested to consider my researvation.But the service person refused to provide my table reservation eventhough there were empty dining table & chairs.
I understand restaurant has some policy.But end of of the day the restaurant is for customers only.
Why dont they consider the delay just because of an unexpected reason.
I whole heartedly & strongly dont recommend any one to visit such an arrogant restaurant.
As a customer i give zero out of 5.
