Hands down, the best filet mignon I've had was at Smoke House Deli BKC. Little pricey but worth every rupee.

Calm, Peace, Romantic is how I felt after entering Smoke House Deli. The restaurant is totally shaded with white walls and amazing art on them which actually make your mood to sit there for a very long time and enjoy the ambience with delicious food on the table.
