The quality of the Smiley Cafe was compromised. The taste was changed & customer handling is worst. They placed hindi people & their making was worst. Also they couldn't understand tamil people & not Conveying in English atleast. I suggest you have to keep good skilled person at the front to communicate with people. At last Smiley lost its quality. Soon it will face the big blunder. I have tried many times to check my opinion is correct or not. But each time i felt disappointed.
