Slyce Pizza had been our goto pizza order place since it started Operations. Their pizzas are lovely. But last night we had a horrible experience wiith the veg pizza. The Mexican veg pizza that we ordered had rotten mushrooms all over it. As soon as we opened the box, our entire kitchen had a foul rotten smell emitted from the pizza. Just look at the pictures. ....glazy thing on the blackened mushrooms. And mushrooms can be poisonous I not fresh. I immediately called the store at Wagle estate Thane to lodge a complaint but the person who attended my call refused to accept that they used rotten veggies on the pizza.Fortunately Zomato customer service came to the rescue. They heard me out patiently, apologised profusely and promptly offered a refund. They also advised to write a strong review with photo evidence as Zomato is taking quality issues very strictly.
