My eyes lit up when I spotted the board that said “Slice of Spice.” Instantly, memories of the long-forgotten Alsharouf Chicken, its Mediterranean heat, and that flavorful fried rice came rushing back. This outlet, located in Paravur, is easy to spot right on the highway. They’ve got ample parking and a spacious setup with both indoor and outdoor seating. Naturally, we ordered the Alsharouf Chicken — but honestly, it felt quite ordinary. Sadly, they seem to have lost the charm that made them special back in the day.
